I've always been uncertain about my career path. I often felt uncertain about what I truly connected with and where I saw myself. When it came time to choose a university course, I struggled with the weight of making such an important decision at a young age with limited life experiences. I explored numerous courses, eliminating those that didn't align with my interests. Eventually, I found management, a field that offered various specialization options.

By the end of my 12th grade, I had gained work experience during the summer holidays. Starting as a production assistant, and gradually transitioning to an office role, handling tasks like invoicing and document organization. Over time, I noticed areas in processes that could be improved.

This led me to explore Microsoft Excel. I was surprisingly captivated by its capabilities, especially the VLOOKUP function. I used it to create a search engine that impressed a business owner struggling to find product prices. This success led to more projects, including dashboard creation.

My most significant project involved automating the price quotation process for a company specializing in aluminum windows and doors. The manual process was time-consuming and error-prone. After a careful analysis, I developed an Excel solution that automated calculations like itemized material quantity and costs and provided total production costs and sale prices.

This project ignited my passion for data analysis, leading me to explore career options in this field. Despite being in the final year of my management degree, I embarked on self-guided learning. In early 2023, I completed the Google Data Analyst Professional Certificate course, expanding my skill set and knowledge

By exploring various resources I was able to expand my data analysis skills. While I have more to learn, my journey into data analysis has been both rewarding and enlightening, and I'm excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
