Quotation Process Automatization

The objective of this project was to improve the quotation process previously made manually.

The individuals responsible for providing price quotations had to invest a substantial amount of time and effort in searching for the pricing of various components, which not only incurred costs but also left room for potential errors.

With this system in place, the person responsible for the quotation process now simply needs to select the product specifications using dropdown lists, input the product measurements and color, and Excel will automatically calculate the itemized price by material type, the total price, and even the required amount of materials. This automation has not only streamlined the quotation process but also significantly reduced the likelihood of errors.
